I cannot edit the 'State or Province' - it only shows 'None'

You will need to select a Country (e.g. United States, Canada..) for the States to populate.
Please see steps below;
1) Once you're logged in on the web.
2) Go to 'Contacts'
3) Click the name of the contact you need to update.
4) You will see the 'Edit Contact' page5) Look for Country and select from the options available on the drop down menu.
6) Look for States and select from the options available on the drop down menu.
