Contact Status by Color:
- Green = Opted-into a campaign: receiving the emails from campaign
- Blue ="Engaged". It means contact viewed a resource, but has not yet opted in
- Green & Blue = means contact viewed resource AND opted-in
- Yellow = New. Not yet Opted-In: did not click on the opt-in link in the email
- Red = Unsubscribed or Undeliverable (please check the email address)

Gray = This contact has been added as a contact by another associate and assigned to a campaign
