The video adjusts for your connection speed and quality.  

If you or your prospect are on a high speed connection...the videos will be shown at the highest quality available.  

However, not all videos are originally uploaded in HD because they may not be available in HD. 

We can always check and see if there are updated videos, but we will need to know which video to check on.
