Please log in at


In the Navigation bar on the left hand side: 

  • Click on 'Edit Profile' to add/change any personal information, including phone number, email and address.
  • If there are other group codes available from your company, you  can add it on this page
  • Please make sure to click on 'Save' to save any updates you made. 

This can also be done from the RapidFunnel app:

  • Once logged in to the app, click on the 3 horizontal lines (inside the orange box) located on the upper left side
  • Click on 'Profile'
  • Edit the personal details as desired.
  • Click on 'Save' to save any updates you made.


You can downgrade your account from premium to a free one at your convenience from the billing tab.

If you want to delete your account completely, please email and we will delete it for you after you confirm it. Please note that you will loose all your contacts and access in that case.
