You can manage your account at your convenience. 


Please log in at http://my.rapidfunnel.com/

 

In the Navigation bar on the left hand side: 

  • Click on 'Edit Profile' to add/change any personal information, including phone number, email and address.
  • If there are other group codes available from your company, you  can add it on this page
  • Please make sure to click on 'Save' to save any updates you made. 


This can also be done from the RapidFunnel app:

  • Once logged in to the app, click on the 3 horizontal lines (inside the orange box) located on the upper left side
  • Click on 'Profile'
  • Edit the personal details as desired.
  • Click on 'Save' to save any updates you made.

Note: 

You can downgrade your account from premium to a free one at your convenience from the billing tab.

If you want to delete your account completely, please email support@rapidfunnel.com and we will delete it for you after you confirm it. Please note that you will loose all your contacts and access in that case.
