Users can now manage which company information they want to receive!


Here's how to manage it:


On the web:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Click on Edit Profile
  3. On the Edit Profile page, you will see a section at the right side that says Contact Preferences
  4. Select which notifications you would like to receive in your Inbox. Click on the '?' to find out what information is included

On the mobile app:


  1. Tap the Three-line icon in the upper left corner of the main page 

        2. Tap Profile


     3.On the My Profile page, you will see a section that says Contact Preferences. Select which notifications you would like to receive in your Inbox. Click on the '?' to find out what information is included


The information sent:

  1. Contact Actionsare notifications about your propsect's actions that have been taken, such as clicking on a link in an email or filling out a contact form.
  2. Reward Notifications- If you achieve a reward for which there is a prize, your administrator may email you with information about your reward.
  3. Emails from Administrators- may include resource/campaign updates, product/feature updates or any other communications related to your account.
  4. My Weekly Stats- This is a weekly stats email showing your usage in the platform
